Putting a classic twist on camo today.  Lately I’ve been wearing neutrals.  I know many people that can pull this off ALL of the time.  I’m one of those people that like to live colorfully.  The more the merrier.  To stay true to my style, I can’t completely cut out color so I add my favorite prints and patterns.  In this post, I talked about how to make neutral outfits less boring.  Well let’s add camo as a neutral print as well.

Stripes are my go-to print whenever I wear neutral colors.  They break up the plainness of the look.  I also forgot about camo.  Not everyone’s cup of tea but camo can look very chic if done right.  For this outfit, I wanted to create a semi edgy look.  The neutral palette is throughout the outfit with my sweater, hat and shoes.  A chambray shirt is always the perfect layer or addition with neutral colors.  They match just about everything and not even joking I have 5 lol.  This one in particular is from J.Jill and it’s unbelievably soft.

Speaking of neutral me.  Can we say “natural” me.  Besides my lipstick, this is one of my first posts not wearing anything on my face.  No eyeliner, foundation…nothing.

So I had a fairly productive weekend as far as wedding plans go.  We started/set a budget and I went for my dress consultation on Saturday!  It was so great to see what I had in mind in my head drawn out.  My next appointment will be to pick out certain fabrics I want to use for the dress!  There are so many emotions running through me right now and one word comes to mind…stressed.  Yes, it’s too early to stress but I’m a worry wart.  Especially when it’s thing I can’t control *insert eye roll emoji*.

All I can say is that I definitely understand why people go on honeymoons.  After all of this planning, a huge break will definitely be needed.  More wedding stuff to come soon.  In the mean time, have a great day!
