The work place can be so routine that you can lose your sense of fashion. I try to make sure that I put my best foot forward when going to work. This shift dress from T.J. Maxx is fashionable yet work place appropriate. The last time I wore this dress, I wore it with neon yellow heels. This time, I did not want to draw too much attention and kept the outfit one color with the blue heels. My favorite thing to do to an outfit is to add a pop of color, so I incorporated the bauble necklace and earrings.
