Fall Neutrals

Fall Neutrals

Let’s talk Fall neutrals.  Neutral colors include black, white, gray, and sometimes brown and beige. They are sometimes called “earth tones.”  I think this look covers that entire definition.  As I say with all of my looks, this may not be your cup of tea.  Not everyone feels comfortable wearing white in the Fall and winter months.  However, I think it looks crisp and a nice change to the usual darker colors.

The other thing I will say about neutral colors is they tend to make you look “more adult”.  Now, everyone knows that I’m more of a colors and print type of gal.  Iris Apfel is basically life goals to me (if you don’t know who that is please google her).  I say these colors are “more adult” because think about it.  Those “serious” or let’s say more “minimalistic” people often flock to these colors.  My dance coach’s closet consists of black and white everything <—-she’s gonna hate me lol.  The pattern of this scarf gives the look a more playful and whimsical feel.  Therefore, I can wear neutral without losing my fashion identity.

I hope that paragraph made sense for y’all lol.  Now let’s talk this weekend’s festivities.  The Sixers home opener is in less than two weeks!  Tonight I have my first on court rehearsal of the season at the stadium.  I’m super excited about it!  Tomorrow is the day though.  It is my high school hall of fame banquet!!!  Honestly I don’t think I’ve talked about this at all on the blog.  I am being inducted into my high school’s hall of fame for tennis!!!  The banquet is tomorrow and I can’t contain my excitement.  Obviously I will be doing a post about the banquet and sharing a video too!

I love white after Labor Day! I think gone are the days of “fashion rules” and I’m all for it! You look so chic and glam.
