New natural hair product game changer alert…..Mousse Def Texture Foam by The Doux!!! OMG y’all, I’ve died and gone to natural hair heaven. Let me start off by saying this post is not sponsored at all. This is a product that was used in my hair during my recent hair cut and I’ve been using ever since!
Since I’ve been natural, the one product I choose not to use is gel or any styling mousse’s. Actually the only “styler” I’ve used in my hair is the Cantu Styling Cream. Ever since I got my hair cut at a “look and learn” master class my hair life and products has changed. One thing I learned is that my hair texture is fine. The products I was using (butters, creams, oils etc.) were too heavy for my hair. The stylist Kristy used this Mousse Def Texture Foam on my hair and my curl definition has never been better!
I should have taken a picture when my hair dried but it literally looks exactly the same as the photos minus the foam. When using the product after I wash and condition my hair, I have to get my hair a dry as possible. I let the texture foam do the rest. Most people may use like 2-3 pumps but I use about 6-7 full pumps for each section of my hair I work with. Once each section is fully saturated I let my hair air dry and don’t touch it to reduce creating frizz.
