3 Months With Cora

3 months with Cora. I mean where do I even begin. This little girl has turned our world upside down in the best way possible. First of all I truly can’t believe it’s been 3 months already since she graced us with an early arrival. She’s marched to the beat of her own drum ever since.

Y’all, my mom friends always said motherhood was hard but wheeewwww it is hardddd! The easiest part is loving your baby, that’s a no brainer. The tough part, no sleep in the beginning weeks, healing, being a good partner, worrying about your child’s well being constantly, body image, housekeeping, your mental health, ekkk and the hormones….shall I go on? But you know what, it is all sooooo worth it and I know that this won’t last forever. Cora is literally the best baby on the planet. I might be biased but she’s truly amazing.

From the day she was born as a preemie she’s surpassed her obstacles. She continues to do so by being on the curve for almost all of her stats except height (I’m short so are we surprised?). Her newest milestones are finding her hands, recognizing faces, holding her head up for extended periods of time and she’s pushing up on her arms when on her tummy. Currently trying to make her giggle. It makes me sad because I feel like she’s growing up so fast lol but obviously I’m so proud.

Anyway, I just wanted to share this post to gush about my girl. She continues to amaze us everyday and I know she will do great things. Happy 3 months Cora!!!
