On Sunday April 10, I attended Beauty in Bloom at Hotel Monaco with Bloomingdale’s in Old City Philadelphia. The event benefited Career Wardrobe which is a local nonprofit that helps people enter and succeed in the workforce through professional clothing and educational programs.
It was a rather posh event full of flowers and lots of pink. There were many local vendors, boutiques and more in attendance. Not to mention the exquisite food made by Red Owl Tavern and drinks served by Stratus Night Club.
Repeat offender but I’m wearing the same dress you saw in the Shabby Apple post 🙂 . This was such a beautiful event and there was some serious girl power in the building. Kate from Philly PR Girl, our lovely host Gina Gannon who I am pictured with above and designer Chloe Johnston just to name a few.
What would “beauty in bloom” be without a beauty bar!? How cool is that? You could get your hair and makeup done!
