City Hall is one of the prettiest parts of Philadelphia when you go downtown but let me tell you, Mother Nature kicked my butt during these shots. First off, I took these pics myself so it was me in the middle of Broad Street (literally) with my camera and tripod. I got up as early as possible because I know that this is the busiest part of the city and taking your own photos can get a little awkward.
