Fall Edition Save vs Splurge

It’s been a while but today I’m doing a Fall Edition Save vs Splurge post.  I did one so long ago so it’s time to bring it back.  I’m also doing a holiday 2016 edition too.

We all know I’m not against designer items…but there are some great alternatives out there.  Since I am the “expert” I’m sharing my knowledge of these options.

Charlotte Russe OTK boots vs. Stuart Weitzman ‘Lowland’ OTK boots – $43 vs $798 These Charlotte Russe boots are a current favorite of mine.  I have them in two colors and wear them non stop.  I’ve heard great things about the Stuart Weitzman boots but I can’t justify that price tag.

Shein purse vs. Chloe ‘Medium Faye’ bag – $27 vs $1,950 I will admit, even though the price difference is substantial I’m listing over the Chloe Faye.

Shein faux fur line shoes (also come in mule version) vs. Gucci mules – $35 vs $695 I’ve seen the Gucci loafers and miles all over the place lately!  They are so cute but once again these dupes are such a great alternative…in my cart they go 🙂

Articles of Society ‘Sarah’ Skinny Jeans vs. AG ‘The Legging’ Ankle Skinny Jeans – $59 vs $225 Seeing as I just put a hole in my black jeans I’m in the market for a new pair.  I love these Articles of Society jeans.

How have y’all adjusted to the time change?   I love waking up an hour later.  On the back end however, I want to go to bed earlier too since my body thinks it’s later.
