One Base Three Looks. Excited for today’s post because I don’t think I’ve ever brought it to the blog. I have so much content that has been shared on Instagram and I am trying to present those posts and ideas here. At the end of the day, when it comes to fashion we all want the same things. We want to look good, feel good and not break the bank. One way to do that is by learning how to rewear and restyle the clothes you already have.
Base Layer: Striped T-Shirt and Jeans
For today’s outfit, the base layer is a striped t-shirt and jeans. It does not matter if the t-shirt is short sleeve or long sleeve and the type of jeans does not matter either. I chose a long sleeve t-shirt since it’s still a little chilly. For my jeans these are my favorite pair of Levi’s and I have them in other washes.
With a Blazer
The easiest way to switch up this base is going to be by adding something on top. Be it a sweater or cardigan tied around your neck or some sort of jacket/coat. I love it worn with a blazer and I paired it with sneakers for a smart casual look but really any type of footwear would work.
With a Trench
Ladies, ladies, ladies! Do not sleep on a cropped trench! I’m obsessed. Especially for someone that is petite. Don’t get me wrong, I still love a classic trench coat but a cropped one is a more modern take on them.
