We’ve covered off-the-shoulder (OTS), cold shoulder, 90 degree cold shoulder so all left is one shoulder. Now I know that there are a handful of people out there that wish normal necklines would come back. I won’t like sometimes I do, however I will admit that I am enjoying and loving this trend.
I prefer this dress for myself since I have an athletic shoulder build. My arms and shoulders are the parts I love on my body so this type of top or dress accentuates that. The ruffle detail definitely will give shape to more slender girls up on the top. For my curvy ladies, I love the one shoulder with a ruffle detail too. If you are larger chested, the ruffle actually draws your eye away from your boobs. That’s just my opinion. A universal trend for any size.
My lovely Smak Parlour sunglasses that I just can’t stop and won’t stop wearing are the perfect addition for the look. Also how can you go wrong with a cute boat hat!?

So unfortunately this dress is not able to be linked. It’s from Ross though and was only $14.99 I believe. Here is a link to one of the closest to this one. What are your thoughts on the one shoulder trend? Should we make it stay or make it stop?
Thanks for reading!
This is such a pretty summer look! I love the one shoulder ruffle detail on your dress, and how you styled it with a straw hat. Super chic
