One of my favorite parts about the holidays is bringing some Thanksgiving Day outfit inspiration. It’s my job, what can I say? Anyway, I can’t even believe that it is right around the corner. Like where did the year go? From today leading up to Thanksgiving I’ll be sharing some different looks. This outfit is if you are going for a casual look.
Thanksgiving fashion, in my opinion, is all about being comfortable. Whether you get a little dressier (coming next week) or opt for a casual look such as this one. This look is perfect for if you need to hide a food baby but you want to feel put together too. I shared a teaser of this look on Instagram stories and got so many questions about how I’m wearing my scarf. First thing first, this scarf is from Forever 21 literally from forever ago. I bought it for like $7 on Black Friday one year so this exact one is not at their store anymore. The good thing is that this scarf is a popular style which can be found anywhere.
Necklace // Earrings // Boots // Sunglasses // Similar scarf
Whenever I wear a blanket scarf, I try to play with it and find new ways to wear it. Since most look like the one that I am wearing, they tend to look a bit redundant tied the same way. As I said earlier, y’all went crazy over this look on my Instagram stories and I took a poll. 100% of you voted to see this outfit in a post and a tying tutorial so here we are. I think the pictures are pretty self-explanatory. Honestly the hardest part is after you belt the scarf and adjust it to look the way you want (#6 in the final picture).
