Happy Sunday friends! I usually don’t post on Sunday’s but I just had to share my first Philadelphia Union game experience with y’all! If you don’t know, I have been an athlete my entire life. My uncle always called me a jock lol. So I love to see sports in person. This was the first time I’d ever been to a professional soccer game.
I was invited to the game by Steaz Energy which is the official energy drink of the Philadelphia Union. We got to enjoy food and drinks on the Bridge Deck while enjoying the game or we could walk down to our seats to watch. I brought my friend Kamille with me and who knew that it was National Best Friends Day!
What was really nice about the Philly Union was they handed out rainbow flags to everyone at the game. The goal nets were rainbow in color and marker flags were rainbow all in support of Pride Month.
The best part about the game was that we were able to take photos down on the field when the game ended. While we were waiting I saw the goalie Andre Blake and snagged a quick photo. Oh and we won by the way 3-2!!! See more of my Philly events here.
