2021 Holiday Cards

2021 Holiday Cards

I am so excited to be sharing our 2021 holiday cards with y’all today. As you know, this is Cora’s first Christmas which makes the holidays extra special this year. Not gonna lie, I’ve been wanting to send out holiday cards since Sheldon and I got married but yea, here we are three and a half years later lol.

I designed our cards on minted.com. They have a ton of different options for holiday cards plus you can play around with customizing them. All things from selecting text to uploading your own photos are options available to personalizing your cards. I chose this design which is a classic holiday print and LOVE the way they turned out. The design is classic and I kept the message short and sweet. The only extra customizing I did was making the back of the card plaid instead of plain white and I added the plaid slip-in liner shown below.

Anyone else go back and forth between choosing “Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays” for cards cuz that was hard for me lol. And yes I know that everyone does not celebrate Christmas but anyone that knows me and that is getting a card from me knows I do. Ultimately I feel that it’s the holiday season so I chose the card to say “Happy Holidays.” It’s politically correct plus let’s be honest, our picture doesn’t exactly scream Christmas. It is my favorite family photo of the three of us though.

Here is a close up of our card. The back of the card is just the plaid print.

A little fun fact, I also created our wedding invitations using Minted so this whole process was nostalgic and seamless. The cards were beautiful! Check that post here.

So this post is turning out to be a little longer than I anticipated but I have to speak about my girl. Cora is 9 months old today y’all…..NINE MONTHS OLD! It’s so wild. I’m hoping to get her pictures with Santa this weekend so wish me luck.

Thanks for reading!
