Ever have one of those items that you buy and it just sits in your closet? That’s how I was with this dress. When I saw it, I loved it and new I would wear it eventually, I just didn’t know how or when. I finally gave in a wore it and think it’s the cutest thing in the world! Lots of flower power action going on.
