Even though the holidays are over, there is one holiday tradition I can’t live without.  That is seeing the Nutcracker.  As a dancer myself, the studio I grew up in performed it every year.  Let’s say I did the performance for about 11 years and was in almost every part.

I wore this outfit a couple of weeks ago to see the ballet.  I thought it would be perfect to wear a tulle skirt to a ballet!  My parents get all of the credit here for the awesome Christmas gift.  It literally was all I wanted.  The show was beautiful and I’m pretty sure I shed a couple of tears.  It was Sheldon’s (my fiance) first time there.  He didn’t hate it but I’m sure he could have picked somewhere else to be lol.

Switching gears, yesterday was the first home game of 2017 for the Sixers.  Guess what…we won!!!  In typical Sixers fashion, it was a nail biter down to the very last second.  We almost went into over time and then Robert Covington made an amazing play and we won by two!  What a great way for our team to start of 2017!
