Red black bows. Let me just start off by saying that this dress is such an oldie but goodie. I know you should purge your closet every once in a while but not this dress. It’s great because it’s had a lot of wear and I’ve worn it in different seasons. This look may be my favorite.
The best thing about dress is that given the right accessories, they can LAST throughout the seasons. If you are like me and have trouble parting ways with clothes try these tips.
- Add tights or thick knee socks to a summer dress for the fall and winter months.
- Layer up! Add a sweater over a dress and wear it as a skirt. You could also add a turtleneck or shirt underneath of a dress. I added my favorite black turtleneck under this dress. BTW, it was freezing out.
- Try boots or booties. Boots immediately make any outfit ready for the cold.

Since this blog is my creative outlet, I’m going to share my whole journey with y’all! Be on the lookout for more bridal/wedding content coming soon. I’ll be sharing the good, the bad and the ugly but I’m sure it’s mainly all good!
