Happy Hump Day friends! Here to recap the PIM Welcome Back Event that I hosted last week! If you are new here or don’t know what “PIM” is it stands for Philly Influencer Mixer. It is a network/community of bloggers and digital creators that I created 2 years ago now. Prior to the pandemic we were in the swing of things with regular events and I even had a blogger conference happening! Now, this welcome back event was my first since the pandemic and spaces opening up again. The event was held on the rooftop of 1500 Locust with the most breathtaking views of the city.
In true Philly Influencer Mixer style it’s always about the decor. My wonderful decor vendors were Slay Displays with this awesome backdrop display and photo booth. Alpha Lit Philly supplied us with these awesome 4ft marquee numbers which I fittingly choose “1500” for the location.
Let’s take a moment to shout out my hubs for helping out with the event. He walked 5 blocks to and from to grab ice for us! It was so great to be sort of back to normal with this event. Never take what you have for granted because right before the pandemic hit I was feeling a little overwhelmed and burnt out from events. Fast forward a year and a half later and I couldn’t be happier! So wonderful to see everyone in person again!
We moved the event indoors after a little sprinkle of rain. We weren’t sure if it would let up so rather to be safe than sorry.
